Monika and John wed this past weekend at the Montelucia. They are that “it” couple so a Same Day Edit was perfect for their event because they were looking for that “wow” factor at their reception that was already stunning with the decor and romantic ambience. What I love most about Same Day Edits is the couples response as well as the guest response. We have been getting emails all week from this couple saying how much they and their friends and family enjoyed the SDE. What is also so awesome about the SDE is that you have something instantly to hold onto to relive that magical day. Which every brides knows that the day after your wedding your biggest wish is to go back and be able to relive the awesomeness that is your wedding. With the Same Day Edit you can do that instantly!!!! Congratulations you two!!! Thank you for allowing us to document your most special day.

For the 6th year in a row Serendipity Cinematography has been nominated for a “Best Of” award with Arizona Bride Magazine!! This year we were nominated for “Best Videographer”. If we win this will be our 4th win of that title. We are grateful for the votes from our couples and vendors. We are honored and hope to be taking home this prestigious award. I’ll keep you posted.

And I found that to be the truth… When I met with Dallas and Blake I loved them instantly. Dallas is from Dallas and she is all things Texas. I just wanted to squeeze her she was just so darn cute. Dallas and Blake were coming to AZ to get married to avoid having the 650 person wedding they would have had if they had done it in their home town. So they got married at Troon North and paired it down to 150 people. Now when I say that everything in Texas is just bigger… Case and point…. Dallas’s florals. Lots and lots of florals and it was lovely.

This past Saturday night Serendipity did it’s first official Same Day Edit. It was at the fabulous Sanctuary Resort and the wedding was planned and executed by Victoria Canada Weddings and Events and it was flawless. The couple Allie and Kyle couldn’t have been a more perfect couple to do this with. They were so chill and fun to work with. So what is a Same Day Edit you ask???? It is the new photo montage….. It’s a Wedding Movie Trailer on steroids… And it’s a total show piece at your event. If you are looking for the WOW factor this is it!!!! It is where we actually shoot, edit and air a Highlight Film at your wedding reception!! It takes a lot of planning and execution on our part but it is AWESOME and sooooo much fun to shoot!!!!!
